Germany

Born, raised, and partially educated in Germany 1961-1985, I left my home country to further my education in Britain and the U.S.A. which is my home since then. My first vote as a U.S. citizen was in 2008. Starting in 2013, I reconnected with my German heritage, parents, and old friends. My wife and I lived in Bremerhaven, Germany on the North Sea for a year 2018/19 making many new friends while working and traveling hard. Since then we spend every year about 3-6 weeks in northern Germany and I established residence again in Bremerhaven in October 2025.
